So yeah, I shouldn't be allowed to touch stuff, I just upgraded some modules. it's apparently a massively bad idea if you delete the Acquia Drupal folder (the script did I didn't) without disabling all of the modules in the folder first.

So long story short it's fixed, the thing I learned today was..

Don't mix Acquia Drupal and Drush. It gives your website aids.
